Finally cooking again! I can not believe it has been a year since I cut the first piece of plywood. But, the early stages were separated by stretches of only one day a week of work on the kitchen. Then the deadlines for other contractors approached in June, August and November and it was crunch time... So, here we are in January and my appliances have been doing their thing for 3 weeks now... love to cook and missed it a lot..The door building phase starts this weekend.. surely will take a month to get them up.... did I say a month.. that translates into lots of golf and more like two months.. after all it is the lovely winter season here in Paradise! |
